How does it work?

How do I fit it?
Dip it in hot water for about 12 seconds, let it cool for about 30 seconds, then bite into it and press the centre and edges to set the mould to your teeth.
Is it comfortable?
It is made of soft medical-grade silicone, and the position is adjustable so you can move it forward in small steps. It also has an open channel for mouth breathing.
